Research Analyst Sacramento
Are you a leader who is intellectually curious and learning-oriented? Do you have experience in data analytics? Then the Research Analyst position might be for you. Primary duties include generating various reports to Federal and State Government, as well as other organizations; administrating surveys and providing support for the surveys conducted by other units on campus; and assisting the Director in research projects to support planning, assessment and accreditation. The Hourly Interpreter position will provide on-site interpreting services for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and/or Deaf-Blind students in: classrooms, lectures, labs, assigned course activities, placements, internships; in meetings with other academic departments, advisors, professors, university platform situations, telephone interpreting for academically related needs; provide limited mobility assistance for Deaf-Blind students, and voice for students, as needed. Responsibilities include: managing print and electronic serials acquisitions and renewals; monitoring renewal cost increases; monitoring and dealing with adds and drops from packages; preparing reports; participating in the assessment of department operations and functions; drafting documentation; providing training to department staff; and interpreting library procedures and policies pertaining to the acquisition of serials and government documents. Responsible for all aspects of managing the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP). Maintains usage and cost-per-use data for serials; responds to requests for holdings, usage, and cost-per-use data; prepares requested reports; supports data-driven decisions about collections.
